It happens sometimes. Vergo didn't use his bamboo until he fought Smoker, after Sanji and Law- although that was a much shorter arc, so there wasn't as much of a time gap. Kaku used ship tools instead of swords in W7, but they were reasonably close to swords. Then there's Big Mom, who didn't use Napoleon until after the Tea Party, which was fifty/sixty odd chapters into the arc?

Hell, in the space of a few chapters Ulti went from fighting with head butts to fighting with a mace.

With Zoans it's when they go hybrid that they are going really serious. That's when King will bring out the swordsmanship. There's a reason that we haven't seen any of Kaido and Calamities hybrid forms yet, it's saving the best til the end. King's swordsmanship is following the same pattern.

This might honestly break the "swordsman" stans argument, that if you have a sword you are clearly ONLY a swordsman.

My guess is King is actually more of a hand to hand combatant, and I think he's either a Marco or Luffy battle. I personally don't think Luffy's crew is going beyond the F6. Law and Kid both have to prove they are strong enough to take on Kaido, so I can see them fighting Jack and Queen respectively.

Like for example, chances are Who's Who is a swordman who can possibly match Zoro. We never saw the outcome of the Page 1 fight. Sasaki strongly resembles Jinbe. Even Yamato, a potential crewmate, is still fighting Ulti.

"Sources" is a strong word. They are just parroting the same shit the 1 time Oda and his editor made the 80% or 5 years left comment. Remember it was a "desire" to end in 5 years. Oda said he "would like to" do it in 5, which is now 4 years, and we are very likely going to be in Wano another 1/2 years

If zoro fought Who's who and forges a black blade that will be far and away the most anticlimatic thing to ever happen to zoro

Ugh, wrong terminology. My argument was that this ruins that "dumb" idea of a pure swordsman. Then I go i and use the term for Whos Who.

I'll correct, I meant to just say a swordsman justified for Zoro. I just feel like King isn't just a swordsman in that he is more of a hand to hand combatant. They are both "swordsmen", but the way I'm expressing it is more like Who's Who relying on his swords for combat, like Zoro, unlike King and even Queen so far.

Very heavily and the proof is in the pudding, that it's implied that zoro is turning Enma black, I said "IF" he did fighting who's who, it will be very anticlimatic and most can agree with that, in regards to turning Enma black... It 100000% will not ever be post wano.

Zoro isn't just a swordman either bro he can summon swordless tornados ,produce fire (tecnique vs Z Ryuma) , increase the muscles in his arms massively ,etc.

King is not different than let's say Fujitora who in his appearances never used his swordmanship but his df mainly but guess what he's a swordman.

Who'swho and sasaki so far look equal when it comes to figthing style pal but as we know both have DFs that can probably alter or enhance whatever fighting style they have.

We gotta drop the notion that a swordman must be only that (when comparing one with a DF or extra abilities) to be more valid than other.

Zoro's a swordsman, those armless ones have been associated with davibacks and non manga. He has been shown to control flow oh haki via getting it back from Enma.

Zoro is gonna shine just like the Luffy, Jimbe and Sanji will as well.

Sorry, its just my opinion that Whos Who, Sasaki and Drake or P1 are being primed to be Zoro, Jinbe and Sanji's opponents respectively. Imo, they fit better in terms of realistic growth for the crew. There will be future plotlines where Luffys top crew members will surpass YCs (Blackbeard) and Admirals. I just dont think now is that time.

You sound very stupid. Aint no flying 6 beating Zoro. In all the major arcs SH look outmatch. If this was ennies lobby. You would be saying no way Zoro and Sanji should be able to match Kaku and jabra.
