General & Others When and why did the manga go downhill?

Post timeskip has ups and downs, but I still generally enjoy the manga for what it is. I think the worst thing about it is Oda’s genuinely awful paneling. Makes certain arcs feel worse than they actually are because the focus is all over the place. Pre-TS paneling is both easy to read and extremely focused on the characters involved in a scene, with closer angles, decluttered spreads, and more room to breathe. Egghead’s climax was claustraphobic at times. Thankfully Elbaf’s paneling has been the best in awhile, at least so far.
