Dont know what talking about with the Luffy g2 stuff. With BM, the kanji is always used for skull cracking and Oda didn't even show Sanji's ribs being broken.

It was that scene where a string clone of Doffy ambushed Luffy and Law. Right before Abdullah and Jeet stabbed it.

The kanji is just a general onomatopoeia used for straining. The same kanji was used when Ulti and Luffy clashed. Did they crack each other’s skulls?

Even then... queens manga hair is black but in his official colors hes blond haired.

Color as a concept doesn't exist in the black and white. Or else you'd say Luffy is wearing all black

The difference is Queens the only blond individual who’s hair is filled in in manga. All others are just white
