People should separate character's flaws and traits from Oda's shortcomings when dealing with said characters.

its a title that was given to her because she has immense power (herself/military) and large territory, her short comings dont make the other yonkos look bad, yonko arent a crew if a top ranking crew member fails hard makes the crew look bad but with yomko if one looks bad doesnt automatically make other look worse, so your goner ignore all her feats becausr of her bad moments.

She is equal to Kaido in strength, and she is stronger than Shanks. She’s not some outlier lol. Most of the Yonko have been a disappointment.

I see no disappointment in bigmom. Shes one of the most impressive yonkou strenghtwise. I do have disappointment in how Oda handles her. She literally oneshots all her allies but cant hurt an enemy for shit. Its bad writing dont blame the character blame the story.
