Current Events When will Dragon and the future revos reunite?

I was fully expecting for Dragon to defect on God Valley, eat a devil fruit and escape with Iva, Kuma & Ginny.
This begs the question: when will they actually meet? Aside from Dragon being impressed by their hope and resolve to escape, they didn't interact much if at all.
Any ideas on how and where they will meet again and start their group?

I don't think Dragon met Kuma and Ginny before this happened

Dragon and Ivankov founded the freedom fighters before that. My guess would be Ivankov and Dragon independently went looking for any clue of what happened at God Valley and met each other. Nothing too complicated

We already know Dragon and Iva founded the precursor org way before the revo army, and it was even implied that they were only hand of people.

So during that period where iva left kuma and ginny to see the world till the return of them
