No it doesn't....They're different moves for a reason. The mechanism is entirely different. Not every spamming move is the same.

http://manga-here.today/one-piece-chapter-923#13 here clearly if luffy wanted kong organ can be centered. Base kaido is way smaller than dragon kaido yet all his kong organ punches are hitting kaido square. So no there is no difference minus luffy getting 2 extra arms.

Can't hurt Kaido.
Can't even do a thing to Zeus and Prometheus (Sanji kicking either of them is just going to be a repeat of Luffy's gatling against Prometheus).

Also, ngl, I kinda feel sorry for the Anime-only Sanji fans I follow on Youtube. After Zoro picked up Enma, plenty of them are now thinking it's going to be Ryuo Luffy, Enma Zoro, and RS Sanji against Kaido. I avoid spoilers so I don't spoil things to anime-onlys, but I am tempted to tell them, "Yeeeeeeeah....that ain't it, chief(s)."
I also believe he can contribute absolutely nothing up there:

Oden coming back alive through Enma, that shit would really be a tragedy.
Seriously though I think the 5 WG and Scabbards helplessly watching Onigashima fall on top the flower capital after being smacked around by Kaido and Big Mom would be a really intense moment though I doubt Oda would do something that grizzly.

I have a doubt about this attack name... what if it’s actually kong organ, but Oda just forgot the name and was used to the gatling naming of the attack!! Maybe we will see Oda fixing this mistake in the volume...
On topic, I do speculate the worst gen will be defeated in the first round of this fight. I just don’t see this being the time for both emperors to be defeated. It will be a prolonged fight as it usually happen known how Oda do his battles.

No it's a different move. Kong Organ has an after image with 3 arms. Kong Gatling only has 1 arm, like Elephant Gatling.
People made the mistake of assuming a Kong Organ was spamming Kong Guns which is false. KGs are way more powerful than the itsy bisty attacks from a KO.
