After Wano is my best guess. The crew will respond to what has been happening all around the world after their battle, and Vivi's fate is a major plotpoint. It might lead into Luffy reuniting with Sabo.

I think Vivi knows Robin is a crewmate and trusted Luffy's judgement on recruiting her. Don't see any drama coming there.

Franky should have someone that can run at his pace, someone like Nami.
Robin should have someone who can make her like exciting in a way and somewhat childish, since she hadn't been able to have much of a childhood. Someone to bring out that something in her, which imo Luffy does.
