Franky not having haki and doing all that shit is what makes him versatile since he is fighting people that can do all that shit. Franky has no problem using hands or legs although I don't remember him kicking ever. He can use guns and swords.
Zoro can only use sword although he said he would bite King and he already punched some fodders.
Luffy can use swords in gag situations but never used weapons.
