Or even Usopp just to make him relevant in this raid?

But I doubt Sanji kicking Zoro to Kaido will be for ZKK. Itll probably just be for a bigger scar.

Luffy for the reason you mentioned.
Luffy has to deal the bigger part of the damage to Kaido and then -for whichever reason Oda has in his mind- he launches Zoro for dealingt he final blow.
This is my wish for the outcome, but Law would make sense too. On the other hand, we already saw Law doing it.
The finale vs Kaido should involve the new Joyboy and the new Ryuma.

Sanji would not kick him but did like a rocket jump for him from his leg?

If that makes any sense. Zoro will run towards Sanji telling him to give him a lift and Sanji puts his leg midway torso area, Zoro jumps on it and the same moment Zoro steps on his leg Sanji forcibly moves his leg even higher giving him the boost.
