Luffy is not much faster, headcanon. He is not even faster, there is no proof of that but there is proof that he would have dodged Kaido easily if he would have been able to use FS, which he couldnt since he was not mentally stable thinking that Tama died.
And him improving a bit his physical strength does not give him more reaction speed, wtf.

Katakuri was going toe to toe against Snakeman, the previous stuff is irrelevant. It was to shown readers that Luffy learned FS. They fought for 32 minutes in those forms.

There is no YC comparable to Katakuri except Marco (who is stronger) since has solid feats fightning against Top tiers, and a bit Jozu but he will still lose eventually.

But personally, Sanji is faster than both Kaido and Luffy imo. Keep in mind, I did not say STRONGER but faster in terms of movement speed? Hell yeah!

Sanji will never be faster than them. Thunder Bagua is a speed burst attack from a Yonko and not a Yonko like WB/BB, because Kaido is a speedster with this move unlike them who don't have that kind of movement speed/attack technique.

WCI Luffy and Katakuri already have top tier speed, they only lack in other areas and that's why they are not top tiers, but at the same time this is what puts them above all YC (except Marco).
Sanji only blitzed a common YC1 char, that puts him above almost all YC regarding speed, for now at least (his BB counterpart should be able to deal with him), but it's not really enough to say he reached top tier speed.

And let's say Sanji will fight Kizaru at the end, the fastest character in the verse. Still he won't became faster than the previous examples. Because he doesn't need to have Kizaru's speed for being able to fight him. You don't need to move at 100km/h to dodge a car coming at you at 100km/h, it depends on many variables.

Here there are fans of Katakuri, Kid and Law, we see people masturbating a lot these three characters and a few more less relevant than Sanji. But until now, I've never seen any real Sanji fans here. Sanji is able to crush every YC we've seen so far (except King), has chances against Zoro, Kid, Law and Yamato due to his AP and Onigashima's higher speed. So far I haven't seen true Sanji fans. Even Katakuri seems to be more relevant than Sanji on this forum.

Most of them left or stay quiet after WCI, Sanji unfortunately was brutally massacred by Oda. Wano was just the continuation of the same shit, Oda didn't even bother to show or explain Sanji's power up, nothing, there wasn't even a fight against Queen. It was more like: Oda–I wanna get rid off Queen, so blue flames, new name, one shot. That's it, it was the most undervaluing, anticlimactic and lame fight I've ever seen in any fiction I've read so far. Sanji's predisposition is CoO, but so far he hasn't awakened or (if he has one) shown his advanced form of observation haki. In both WCI and Wano there hasn't been any haki developments for Sanji, nothing. Sanji's plot line is fucking garbage, his family issues are still unresolved, and if they ever do, I'm sure Oda will screw it up as well. The Zeff plotline is simply forgotten and thrown into the garbage–can, Sanji and Meme magically forgot about him, nobody even remembers the guy. Sanji is the worst case of character distraction I have ever seen, there's no incident even remotely close to what Oda has done to him. It's a fucking crime scene, there's no way to put it.
