Questions & Mysteries Where did Fujitora and Greenbull come from?

To my knowledge, it seems they weren't part of the Marines before they were admirals and they both know each other very well. I've been wondering if they were drafted from a royal kingdom or some sort.

They both seem to know Vegapunk very well, although I'm pretty sure high-ranking Marines have seen and met Vegapunk as well. One more question is that did Akainu train them both considering what Doflamingo said?

I'm still wondering how the hell such strong fighters were drafted from the military,I'm pretty sure if anyone was asked about that preskip,nobody would have believed such top tiers existed.

Who is to say there aren't other top tiers hidden some in the One Piece world....

I believe Fujitora was not a Marine prior to the selection. He was most likely an Associate/Companion/Acquaintance of Sakazuki, hand picked by him. Before then he most likely experienced firsthand atrocities committed by Pirates/WG?/Warlords; thus initiating the fervor to take them down.

Greenbull/Momousagi/Chaton are the tricky ones. Out of these three, I believe Greenbull met the qualifications to become an Admiral, whereas the other two were waitlisted as candidates. It’s possible all three were Vice Admirals before the selection.

Fujitora was then given his devil fruit, whereas GB already had it for awhile (for X # of years)
