Like Hancock said they are strong. She was fine against Marines. Teach was the problem. Hancock is staying only Luffy can make her leave the island. Rayleigh is either staying nearby(he can't be on Amazon Lily) or going back to Sabaody.

If I remember correct Rayleigh only stayed at Sabaody to wait for someone that inherited Roger's will. He already found Luffy so he has no reason to stay there anymore. I think he will stay on the island he trained Luffy.
