It is two different things. Luffy didn't coat the collars with haki to cause them to be destroyed from within, he imbued them with haki.

Hyogoro even differentiates the two, and straight up calls it "Outwards haki".

Dude it's the same thing.. It's the same word for infused and coated, '' Matou ''..

How to '' infuse '' yourself with outward Haki..
How to '' Coat '' yourself with outward Haki..

He does Differentiate the CoA Barrier by saying, lots of outward Haki..

What are you talking about? In order to do INTERNAL destruction, you have to imbue your haki INSIDE the object, and it destroys the object from WITHIN.

There is no ambiguity here. Luffy imbued his haki into the collar, and it was destroyed from the inside.

Simply coating an object with haki, would not destroy it from the inside.

Coating the object with the intent to overflow the object, would destroy it.. Coating and infusing is the same word..

It's the freaking same thing.. It's just that unlike Collars and Trees.. Meitos can't be destroyed from overloading with Haki..

Show me where the collar is being coated on this picture?

You can't, because it isn't. The only thing coated is Luffy's hands. He then imbued his haki INTO the collar to destroy it from the inside.

By your logic, since coating is the same thing, Luffy's hands should have been destroyed alongside the collar... Smh...

I mean before CoA body Hardening was revealed there was no visual distinction.. Luffy is not trying to destroy his hand, he's flowing the gathered Haki from his fist to the Shackles.. Shouldn't the CoA Barrier be Black too then?..

Hardening and Emissions Haki are two separate CoA applications, which Oda uses different visuals for each.

And I know he is not trying to destroy his hands. But your argument is that there is no separation from coating and imbuing. If that was the case, then Luffy's hands, and anything else that gets coated, would be destroyed by proxy. So there is obviously a difference between the two.

So are you saying that CoA Emission Haki is more CoA concentrated than a Hardened fist?..

It seems as the CoA Barrier is formed around his fist so that Luffy doesn't destroy his fist..

What a thread….lmao
  1. @Rootbeer x @DonWick collsb that no one ever asked for
  2. @Erkan12 sayin anything positive bout Zoro
  3. Then tha abundance of evidence against this trash ahh point
The Monster Trio of the Zoro Wankdom, nobody wanks Zoro as much as the above three guys, nobody has higher expectations for Zoro than these guys, what the MC needs multiple powerups to achieve they want Zoro to do it with basic shit. You guys @nik87 @HA D CLOWN @Shishio (can't tag him) should retire.

Sabo is because of my headcannon and how well he performed in Dressrossa. I just think he’s admiral level. Katakuri has know way of hurting Marco and Marco is also close to admiral level in my opinion. Zoro just isn’t there yet. I like Zoro because of his character I don’t think he’s the strongest YC1 also King wasn’t impressive in comparison to the other YC1 to me.
Bloody fuck, I love to wank Sabo but no way Zoro is below him (not talking about their 1v1 only in which Zoro hard counters Sabo). Sabo only needs to show ACoC and he is Yonko level, him being Admiral level is something I agree with.
Katakuri also has no way of hurting King, even less than Marco.
King was literally shown scratch free after his fight with Marco (Queen was fighting Chopper and then Sanji) while Marco was completely exhausted. This would put King way above Marco but going by portrayal of them being asked to join another Yonko crew by the captains, throwing BMs ship off (in King's case BM was on it) and them being RHM of the WSC and the WSM I have no problem saying King>=Marco.

It depends what do you identify as advanced CoA. As far as Zoro is concerned he has “ryou” the ability to flow haki outside a body part/or sword. However, the more advanced type which as far as we know only Luffy has in the crew which is internal destruction.

So in short Zoro’s base armament haki(hardening) is quite powerful in comparison to many others in his level.
