Character Discussion Where each Strawhat would had ended up if not Luffy on their way?

WOW First post, kinda chills,,,

My mind is always full of speculations what would had happened if not something or someone, and one of the most intriguing questions on my mind lately is where each straw hat could have ended up? I'm not talking about the "bad ending 40, 60" thing what was made by Oda, but more like to which pirate crew, institution or organization each of them could join or could have been dragged into Coby style.
I like to listen to others about those because more informations, more speculations to think about. Tho it doesn't have to be a straw hat, I just thought that they were the easiest pin point to start it all I guess.


To maybe start a little bit the party I had always on my mind the thing that there was a highly opportunity for Nami to join Marine or to be taken to it since it happened before to the other criminals to join it and get apparently better life and all. Since Bell-mere used to be one, there might have been a thought that if she had a better trust in people before Luffy or had some miraculous luck in being found by the right guys Arlong could ended up in jail long time ago, or at least be threatened away.

Of course it isn't a perfect theory but a small speculation about which I would like to know a word or two from you guys, as much as about your thoughts about the others in other places.

It's depends. Dudes like Zoro would die because he will get executed, Robin would get killed by Crocodile once she's not useful anymore, Sanji might get killed by Krieg Pirates, etc.

But if those scenarios isn't the case then Zoro would still be a bounty hunter and I'm pretty sure there's associations for it. Nami and Nojiko would join the Marines in Bellemere's legacy and perhaps capturing Arlong in alternative universe, Usopp would obviously starts his own crew. Sanji will stay with Zeff as being pirate cook, Chopper can stay in Drum Island as a doctor, Robin would move from organizations to organizations until she reached her goal, Franky might start his own pirate band since he has his own Yakuza and stuff, Brook will travel alone as a pirate. Jinbei will travel with his Sun Pirates to spread peace and equality around the world.
