Imho, Sanji will unlock this during his admiral fight
Which is either kizaru, kuzan or aramaki . Sanji will get Hypetool In the first fight with admiral as always . In the critical moment Sanji saw someone gets hurt so bad . Sanji feels hopeless watching as he can't do anything to help . Nothing he can do except to accept his evil side that he have been hiding up until now .

I always wanted the RS to eat the Phoenix fruit. Such an elegant solution.
Btw the RS might have been saved by Franky. Sanji destroyed the canister but the actual RS is some kind of fluidy metal, fairly difficult to destroy. During the Queen fight, Sanji noticed his laser technology and wanted to gift it to Franky. A few chapters later, close to the RS "destruction" site, he chopped Queen lasery arm off. It is reasonable to assume he sent Franky there to recover the arm and Franky wouldn't have left the Germa technology there to die

Sanji can break his raid suit, but he still has Germa literally in him. For now it is a pretty dumb powerup(that people don't really talk about because it's overshadowed by the big one in Wano) that makes it so Germa is literally in his genes. It's tough to say he can completely ignore his fate at that level, and the found family trope can be seen as a cope.
What does that have to do with racism, that piece of shit let Arlong go rouge on East blue and he knew Arlong was wrecking shit. His execuses was full of shit and he was also full of hate. Jinbei could have just killed Arlong bu he didn't, he just let that psycho go so don't say he wasn't expecting the result.
Sanji knew Jinbeis execuses were weak so he demanded a just compensation which is the right thing to do. I always think that fat whale is not a strawhat material and i my opinion about him won't change.
İ hope the Legendary suit makes a come back too but that clown shoes needs to go.

I think evil Sanji might happen if he awakens exoskeleton, maybe Sanji has the evil version of Nika cause Sanji and Luffy has lots of similarities but also opposites. Though that will be the death of Sanji so i hope it doesn't happen but what if it happens, Zoro Luffy fights Sanji and Zoro cuts the evil will of Nika. If that happens it would be really cool.

For example Nika fruit makes Luffy more free while the exoskeleton does the exact opposite which is make Sanji restricted, i think this might be a chekhovs gun so at some point when Sanji dies and awakens full potential of the exoskeleton but i am not sure if Oda will make a drama out of that or not.
For example Luffys fruit was also introduced to us as gomu gomu nomi so evil Nika might also be something like that. Sanjis exoskeleton awakening really resembles Luffys Gear 2 if you look it carefully, which gives him speed power etc... Sanji just like when Luffy used Gear 2 evolved one degree stronger.
I really wonder what kind of changes awakened exoskeleton will cause, personally i would like it if Sanji becomes a macho man like Kenshiro of the ''Fist of the north star" which is more masculine. It would also be cool if Sanji uses his hands like Kenshiro, Sanji really has lots of connections with fist of the North star so i am expecting a lot from him.
New Raid suit design might also look like a fist of the north star character i guess that will also be cool.
