thats like the worst possible rule you could make for a forum that *wants* new membees lol. would you join a forum where u have to look up if anybody else, since the begining of the forum, has asked the same question /had the same theory as you before making a thread? really the only one benefiting from this would be people like you. who get annoyed by this kind of shit. also pro tip: "if you are annoyed by a thread its not a good idea to answer on it to trigger even more answers to your answer which will probably make you even MORE annoyed
