The raid in finally starting, but Neko is nowhere to be seen. He must be bringing a lot of help if Oda is holding off on him returning for this long

He will probably come with the reinforcement when the SN alliance ends up in a thought situation during the battle.

I think Neko has been recruiting former WB and Roger pirates for 2 weeks:

- Whitey Bay
- Joz
- Vista
- Izo
- Rest of the Division Captains
- Rest of the surviving NW captains that Blackbeard and Weevil did not destroy
- Scopper

He also met up with:
- Jinbe
- Sun PIrates.


THIS is how the Alliance wins IMO. Youll have a bunch of former WB and NW captains fighting a plethora of monsters in BM and Kaidos crew. The supernova, Luffy's crew and the scabbards will take on some of the higher ups.


Scopper and many of the captains will hold off Big Mom while Luffy and whomever else take on Kaido.
