Well, his main job in the arc is to fight Queen, so until the calamities start fighting he hasn't much to do. But now we should be very close...

I'm not saying Sanji isn't getting a fight, I'm saying he's not very important in the arc and that's why Oda's not really showing him right now. He's like Zoro in Dressrosa in that respect- he'll fight a big guy, but he's not really involved in the plot other than that.

Since Sanji mentioned not abandoning the prostituetes before he disappeared, I think he somehow would up end recruiting them to his side after helping them with something. And as a consequence Black Maria would join his side too after being convinced by her prostitutes.

Finally Sanji accompanied by Black Maria and her prostitutes would join the raid on the banquet hall and maybe along the way they meet the North Blue Boys, Law, X Drake and Hawkins.

Im not sure Oda would do this, but if this happen, Oda really a SJW now and im fine with that.
