Next I see what you're saying, but if you look at the first and last spoiler pic I posted the stone plinth is even characterized by the same stone details on the floorplan. So imo is safe to say that Queen is on the 2nd floor balcony.

yeah you're right actually , it would be just weird if they go up and queen just let them pass by but ur point of the stones being same is right

The thing that keeps me kinda perplexed is that Law being in basement 2 should be on the same level of Zoro, Drake, Apoo and in general of the main stage (?)
