The resolution to Neji's plotline, Madara's disappointing end, Kaguya's underwhelming character, the framing of and discussions surrounding the Uchiha massacre and the likes makes me go with 4th great shinobi war being worse. It has high moments like Gaara's chapters and developments concerning his family, Might Guy, the fights (notably Kakashi vs Obito) still being amazing to read/watch but the low's were too low for me.
Wano was massively disappointing with Oden, the Scabbards, some fight sequences getting repetitive, too much running around and such but up until the Kurozumi burn thing nothing made me concerned with the messages and themes in the story like some of Naruto's disappointing ends to plotlines (excluding chosen one stuff in both series cause I don't really care much either way with that one with either series personally).
Sanji destroying the Raid Suit, showing he doesn't need Stealth Black and busting out Ifrit Jambe along with the scene with Zoro left me content with his contribution. Most of Zoro vs King was great, same for Jimbei vs Who's Who and most of the arc fights were pretty enjoyable enjoyable what they were and most of the Straw Hats getting the much deserved attention was nice. Rooftop fight was great as well.
That was in contrast to Naruto where my boy, Neji didn't do much before that ending he got of ultimately succumbing to his fate of being subservient to the main branch till the end but with a changed mindest and Rock Lee also not doing much of anything, instead sitting back while Might Guy goes all out (I was kinda frustrated with the whole "I'll show you something amazing, Lee, you can show me something great next time" or something to that effect as though Rock Lee was gonna get anything post-war that could compare to Might Guy's involvement. Plus all the other tons of characters that didn't do as much as I hoped which wasn't awful, just annoying.
Both had great stuff but also horribly disappointing stuff but I was left more disappointed by Naruto. I don't really feel like going into all the pro's and con's of both arcs though.
