Personally I was never infuriated by Oden, it was more of a depressed apathy because I didn’t care enough about him to get any emotion from his entire story.

Not gonna lie I kinda agree. He knows how fucked the WG and Marines are, its the main reason he didn't become an Admiral, but he doesn't bust his grandson in all but blood out of Impel Down? Hell, you let Blackbeard fucking leave after he delivered Ace on a silver platter?

Edit: Hell why didn't he at least quit when Ace got captured? The least he could do is not help him get killed!

Fuck that. He is a shit tier Grandfather for that. Hell why the fuck didn't he work with Dragon? If the Marines greatest Hero aligned himself publically with the Rebellion that would have been a massive PR victory and given his good rep even perhaps made some other Marines quit.

Garp is still a WG lapdog, he just fools himself into thinking just because he literally doesn't have to run and safe a Celestial Dragon himself that means he is any better than people like Greenbul who are fully on board with the program. At the end of the day, fuck him.
