None. Both characters are trash. Big Mom had a good backstory but then Oda ruined it by constantly using it as a plot device in order to help the straw hats. Doflamingo so far has been the best villain by far and it’s not even close. Maybe Crocodile but Croc was pathetically weak.
However taking out big mom is huge it will demoralise bmp and her constant threat of homies will disappear. She can be dangerous to both sides based on mood swing.
Kaido so far, for the amount of hype built up around him. We can chalk it up to what Zoro is supposed to achieve in particular, but also all the relentless succession of countless events.
None of them to be honest. Kaido has already been mid diffed by Oden in the flashback, and Big Mom is such a Meme that I don't really care about her at all.
