Overall I rather Martial Arts.

One Piece is the only exception maybe. Swordsmanship in One Piece is much better than Martial Arts.

I like both equally, but in One Piece the swordsman stands out because the other martial arts don't have any technique, the most we saw was with Fish-Man Karate

Rokushiki, Chapter 1037 Gear 2 + 3(Gomu Gomu created martail arts), Hassoken( Don Chinjoa, Sai) and Fishmen Karate are good.
