We've already seen child Jinbei (twice, actually, kind of), but, now, Bonney is facing CP0 agents, on top of the Vegapunks she wants to kill, as well as possibly Seraphim, and other Marines.
Obviously, she can also turn characters into old people, but, from what we've seen, old people are way more likely to still be dangerous than babies in this series. Peep 139 years old young Kureha tossing weapons at these idiots:

I really hope it's Kizaru, I would laugh my ass off. His Haki would let him change right back, but it would be a fucking hilarious gag panel.
