General & Others Which faction will get sidelined?

there are 3 major enemies left:
  • Blackbeard pirates
  • Marines(admirals, VA, SSG, any other special forces)
  • Celestial dragons(Imu, Gorosei, holy knights, Cipher pol)
Between these 3 factions, at least one of them is going to be sidelined. Oda showed in wano, with Kid and Law beating Big Mom, that not every major opponent is going to be defeated by Luffy or the SHs. If one piece is going into its final stage, I don't think Oda is going to have time to build up special sagas for each of these 3 factions. At least one of them is going to be defeated by allies.

I mean think about it. Each major saga in one piece is over 100 chapters long. If each 3 factions get their own saga, then OP will have 300-400 more chapters left. For your information, chapter 757 was released in August of 2014, 8 years ago.
Clearly, there isn't that much one piece left to tell. All Luffy needs to do now is find the last road poneglyph and he can get one piece. The man is already a yonko.

So how will it be dealt with? Here are some options:
  • Blackbeard only
    • Oda is telling the truth, this is truly the last saga of one piece. Blackbeard is the only other villain Luffy will face. By whatever means, the other two factions will be defeated by plot and side characters
    • Luffy vs Akainu can still happen; but in this situation, he's just a side fight(ex. blueno, chinjao, cracker) and not a main arc villain. The other marines fight side characters
  • Blackbeard and Akainu
    • Luffy beats Blackbeard and Akainu.
    • Luffy could possibly fight akainu first, with teach taking over the WG after the marines have been defeated.
    • alternatively, Luffy could fight akainu while allies fight the celestial dragons
  • Blackbeard and Imu
    • First teach falls, then Imu
    • Akainu is either a side fight for Luffy or he is beaten by side characters. The other marines fight side characters.
In any case, I don't see any option being valid if it cuts out Teach. He absolutely must be defeated by the straw hats. Imu and his gang are more or less faceless villains; Luffy can beat them but the readers really don't give a shit about them. The only marine that a SH has to defeat is Akainu, the rest are completely unimportant and can be given to side characters.

imo, its either between Blackbeard only and Blackbeard & Imu for me, with akainu being a side battle.

About whole oda ending 3 years simply men ending one piece journey.

In my words, luffy beat Blackbeard, then find one piece and learn void century history.

Then declare war on World government.

Sabo and Dragon will fight gorsei and IM because it is main goal for revolutionary people.
Luffy Will keep Akainu busy which Akainu want luffy to die in first place and luffy need to beat Akainu to prove he is not weak.

Just Blackbeard, as others have said Cross Guild just appeared out of nowhere and they're after the marines, Oda is going to off-panel them. We already know that Luffy taking out all the Yonkou and Admirals was just another bluff by Oda.

Probably an all out war between most of the players remaining. WG/Marines shouldnt really be seperate, i hope we wont have another Ace 2.0 so the crew dont need to fight against every marine only Admirals/Akainu/WG at the same time with another party like Cross Guild and grand fleet / RA. So now we only have BB and Shanks and they can kill each other.

I don't think Kid and Law defeating cross guild makes much sense.
Rather, those two will probably fight admirals

They want to become Yonko too.Buggy is the weakest of the current yonko.

That never made sense.Luffy can't beat everyone,it would break the powerscaling.Luffy needs to start a chain reaction that will cause the WG to fall,that is it.

Red hair pirates will be killed by the Black Beard pirates.Law and Kidd will beat Cross Guild and take the two vacant spots for Yonko(Shanks and Buggy).Luffy vs BB for Pirate King.Kidd and Law will try to pull a Shiki and fight Luffy for his PK title.
Dragon will start a war vs the celestial dragons.Nations will start revolting all over the world.Final war will go like this.Luffy and grand fleet will raid marineford with all their allies(minks,samurai,dressrosa,fishman island,alabasta,drum,kuja pirates,etc...),because of Joyboys's inherited will.
Law and Kidd will show up to steal some glory too.Vegapunk will pull an order 66 and turn ssg/pacifistas against the WG.The revolutionary army will raid Mariejoa at the same time all of this is happening.Im vs Dragon.Revs vs Gorosei/Holy Knights/Cipher Phol.
Marineford,Mariejoa,a portion of the Red line and Fishman Island will be destroyed during this battle,creating the all blue.Fishman folk will rise to the surface.
Mihawk vs Zoro and other straw hats dreams will happen in the epilogue.

I can see Blackbeard Side lining the Red Haired Pirates, the Kid Pirates, and the Heart Pirates

Meanwhile Cross Guild side lining the World Government and the admirals

Basically only leaving:
Blackbeard
(At most a few notable marines)
Cross Guild

That sounds about right for one more saga
