Loki has the grudge against Shanks for capturing him and Shamrock for hurting him while he was restrained. So he has the motive to go for either one. For the arc it seems pretty clear that Loki is not the villain but one of the good guys now. Which leads to who will Loki fight when the arc fights happen?

Will Loki fight Shamrock, the leader of the HKs or will he fight a Gorosei, Garling, and beat him to get his revenge on the brothers who have hurt him previously. Bring onto them the same pain of losing their father like Loki and Hajrudin lost Harald?

Shamrock seems the most appropriate but it feels like a guarantee that Shanks has to fight a Figarland at some point. Garling is a variable that I don’t think has a place in the current conflict, and I’m not sure if Loki actually survives long enough for a future encounter.

Maybe Shanks or Luffy fights Shamrock, and Loki comes in to do the killing blow when he’s weakened and vulnerable as revenge for the same thing happening to himself.

I am sold on Loki vs Shamrock but not in Elbaf.
It will happen in Mariejois.
I think Elbaf will be done quite soon.
Unless more HKs pour into Elbaf itself and it turns into a big fight.
