1- Luffy, Zoro, Yamato
2- Yamato, Zoro, Sanji

Sanji will just surpass Yamato.

Trying to bet on Sanji NOT being third strongest is about as valid as trying to bet on Zoro not being stronger than Sanji. Both things simply don't work.

The monster Trio should be subordinate to the Captain of the crew. So I would consider Zoro, Yamato and Sanji as the real monster Trio, if yamato happens to join the crew.

That could very well work. But Sanji might also get CoC some time in the future. I doubt that he will let down Sanji fans that much.

Monsters for me are basically people who could defeat admirals at the end of the serie and have bounties more than 2B.

There are multiple combinations among the Crew imo:

Luffy + Zoro + Nami
Luffy + Zoro
Luffy + Nami
Zoro + Sanji
Luffy + Zoro + Sanji
Usopp + Nami + Chopper
Usopp + Nami
Usopp + Chopper
Nami + Robin

And also others that still need more time:

Sanji + Jinbe
Jinbe + Robin
Robin + Brook
... etc

Sanji is never getting CoC,So the new Monster trio after Wano will be Luffy Yamato Zoro.
However Oda might be sceptical that this could probably anger some fans since the dynamic that was shared between L , Z ,S ever since the starting will be lost.
So maybe just maybe .......... He might throw a curveball like he did with Vivi Robin.
But I’m almost 80-90% sure Yamato is joining.
