Blackbeard kills Shanks - I'm down. It would make thematic sense, raise the stakes for Luffy vs BB, and make the conflict even more personal. This is my personal fave of these.
Law is a marine spy like the man who saved his life Corazon - I'd absolutely hate it, it would feel like a very forced betrayal after everything that has happened between Law and the alliance.
Blackbeard use the fruit of Moria to revieve Ace and pit him against Luffy - No no no, the revival trope is so overplayed, and would raise unnecessary Naruto comparisons.
Luffy die at the end of the story Roger style - I think there's a very real chance of this happening, and would be completely okay with it.
Shanks is actually evil and is a villain - Based on a few theories, I believe that this is also a possibility, and while I don't think "evil" would really work here, I'd be cool with it as long as he's more of a morally-ambiguous antagonist, rather than a full blown-out villain like Kaido and Big Mom.
Sabo fights Akainu instead of Luffy as in the fire finally beat the magma - I get the "fire finally beats magma" thing, but that theme is so minor in comparison to the much bigger one of Luffy defeating the man that scarred him and killed his brother. It'd be soooo much more emotional fulfilling and rewarding from a writing perspective to have Luffy face Akainu, as I'm sure most readers are already expecting.
