Even though Dressrosa was way better than WCI, I think the climax in Luffy vs Katakuri and the narrow escape that looked impossible, provided the most tension in post-timeskip imo.

What exactly do you mean by "ending".

Do you mean the last 10-15 chapters of the arc or really only the last one or two chapters?

If it's the former, then PH wins.
It wasn't that dragged out and had some very cool moments at the end (Law vs Vergo, Doflamingo vs Aokiji etc.).

If it's only the last chapter or so, Dressrosa wins very closely ahead of PH imho.
The building of the grand fleet and Fujitora just showing off his big dick by lifting all that rubble and sinking an enemy fleet was great.

The only thing in Wano that really resembled Punk Hazard was Law's Puncture Wille which left me reacting the same way I did when Law cut Vergo and the mountain in half.
Somehow, the PH version felt more important because it hyped what's next.Right now I am not hyped for what's next.

I was between FI and DR. FI is more adventures theme. We didn't know what to expect. DR was more hype. We know we would first find Sanji and others at Zou and then fight Yonkos.

I chose FI because it seems more exciting.

WCI's ending feels refreshing and original tbh. But I'd say:

3. PH
4. FMI
5. Wano

If we are taking ending as in what comes next then I would say Wano. Yes the ending itself was disappointing where so many plot lines felt abandoned and where some things felt like complete waste of panels. However, if we are talking about the ending and the setting for the next then I would say Wano.
