My money on Shanks personally

Really not expecting him to live to his Yonko/Mihawk rival status. In my mind he's destined to job/die to a foe (probably Blackbeard) to create a narrative and push Luffy even more to defeat BB.

All of them:

- Shanks hasn't done anything the entire 1000+ chapters.
- Black Beard hasn't done anything the entire post time skip.
- Dragon hasn't done anything the entire 1000+ chapters.
- Mihawk hasn't done anything the entire 1000+ chapters other than train the person that wants to defeat him and it was off-screened.
- Imu is a filler character, not even worth mentioning in the same light as the other characters.

Don't have any hope, but probably imu.. Right now everone sees him as the series villain... But he has been absent for most part... 0and we saw how kaido was handled too.... He will be a disappointment....oda might make him overpowered but.... That is just what he is known to do to make fight interesting as per him atleast

Shanks won't be nearly as strong as we think he is unless he has some ability to compare to awakened dfs.
Probably Dragon though. Now that Luffy's the god of liberation/freedom or whatever he's just going to seem incompetent in comparison. Hope I'm wrong though.

He obvisouly has the ability to compare to Awakened devil fruits, so did Roger.

That is how Shanks and Roger are able to comoete with people with OP devil fruits.

It is there higher level of CoC beyond coating. Luffy will also be using this againat Blackbeard.

Can't wait for Oda's explanation for why Kaido wouldn't have that. I guess Garp will have had that as well? This doesn't really change anything though since Luffy and other df users will always have the awakening on top. So WB, BB, maybe Dragon. If another level of CoC exists I hope it's more exciting than a stronger punch or whatever.

It changes everything because this is level fo COc is probably only availabe to CoC Specialists which Oda made Luffy one.
