Do these names make more sense in Japanese? Do they make some kind of pun that does not translate into English? Cause these names sound pretty crap just by themselves.

There is no way I can take someone called Bonk Punch or Building Snake seriously.

Oda named him Building Snake maybe because he's so tall like a building and there's snake tattoo on his neck, like literally..
