The most common theory was that he took the prints of the Road Poneglyph, right?
If we follow this I'd assume Smoothie failed to protect Doors sama again and during this Kid injured Smoothie.
But I say it's Snack. If he wasn't said to be a Former Sweet Commander I'd say Smoothie too.
Kidd beat Snack got the prints and as he was returning he stumbled into Cracker and got pushed away from Toto Land.
After that Snack got demoted.
( I think Cracker was 4th until Snack lost, he pushed Kidd away from Toto Land and got upgraded to 3rd position by Big Mom whereas Snack got stripped off the title ).

It’s Snack. I think that’s the only thing we’ve ever seen him say. He’s got the grudge against the Worst Gen because Urouge beat him and Kid wounded him. The other three haven’t said anything to imply they were ever bothered by the Worst Gen prior to Luffy.

Cracker: Urouge & Luffy
Smoothie: Kidd
Katakuri: Luffy
If Snack fought Kidd, he'd lose and be demoted before fighting Apoo even.
Snack defeated Apoo most likely (since he couldn't enter Tottoland) but loses to Urouge

Luffy & Cracker fought for long, g4 was even stalemated but then luffy gets help and win

Crocodile and Enel are easily High Tiers. Imo, even Rob Lucci was YC3-YC4 now that he's confirmed to be a Haki user. (Plus the comparisons to WW)
