--We don't really know what happened between shanks and Kaido. Kaido is def hyped more than shanks as killer still had kaido as a superior pirate and even oda in SBS said he is the strongest
--GB got shaken badly by shanks haki so his retreat was pathetic but his main reason was he didn't want to fight them

BB didn't run, he made a deal with Rayleigh and Hancock to take his commanders back, and even kidnapped Seraphims commander after.
Right answer is Ryokugyu. He wasn't making a deal to take someone back, he didn't kidnap anyone from Wano, so he is the only one who ''run'', when he felt Shanks's power.

Aramaki didn't have permission from HQ + Shanks's crew was pulling up as if taking on the Wano alliance wasn't enough.
BB was outclassed in every way. His commanders + crew got stoned by Hancock + have to release Hancock if he were to engage Hancock in combat. But Rayleigh was generous to compromised so Teach come out safe.

Ngl if Kaidou went to Marineford, the Admirals would be dead ( they had a hand in Whitebeard's death which Kaidou doesn't like as he wanted to fight him before he died ), Blackbeard would be dead ( for the same reason as the Admirals ), etc.
Woulda been catastrophic.. but on the flip side he'd eliminate Luffy's key enemies and save Ace from being killed possibly but this depends on when he arrives.

Kinnemon was knocked out like shit and he was done. He survived due to plot.
Zoro?? I mean he is just a top tier, dude tanked Big Mom's Lightening attack no damage, then tanked Hakai and then with 30 broken bones tanked Thunder Bagua and wasn't even knocked out.
Then tanked double the pain.
His endurance is greatest in One Piece history, bar none and that includes Whitebeard and Oden.
