Also y'all are misunderstanding what happened at Baltigo.
CP0 only appeared there because they believed the BBP attacking the Rev Army was the perfect chance for them to finally one up the Rev Army after years of losing to them/not being able to catch them. They never intended to fight the BBP, they were there for the Rev Army, but the Rev Army had evacuated by then so they had to fend themselves from the BBP instead.
