Future Events Which outside factions do you think will make an appearance on Wano ?

Wanted to have a general thread in which we talk about the possible iindividuals/Organisations that could appear on Wano.

From what I've seen the ppossibilities are endless, and many of them make sense.

Listing some that I've got on the top of my head:
- Marines
- Blackbeard pirates
- Weevil
- Grand Fleet
- Kuzan
- Red Hair Pirates
- Mihawk
- Revolutionary's

- Revos have other problems
- Same as Mihawk, though it would have been nice to see him in the land of swords, but besides Kaidou and BM, there is nobody to fully challenge him on Wa No, especially on the Samurai side
- Akagami has no business here either. Either he is busy with BB or snitching.
- Too early for the grand fleet, pretty sure they are on their own voyages until the big war.
- Kuzan will be relevant in connection to BB.
- Weevil is possible, would be a way to get Marco to come, if he learns about it
- BB Pirates no
- Marines best bet by far

Weevil and miss bucking said that their next target is Luffy, so that they squeeze Marco's location out of him...and it's been all over the newspaper where luffy was heading.

I think it's very likely THAT Weevil shows up, more then the Marines in the moment

Rest of the above mentioned doesn't seem to have any relationship with parties at Wano.

Oda did mention about lurking legend appearing in Wano. I hope that would be Shiki and that would be far more interesting anyone else joining the war.

I honestly feel like Oda has no intention of making any movie villain relevant again.
Shiki is the only one that gets referenced and name dropped here and then, but including him as a factor in the canon story is something I don't see happening.

I mentioned Shiki there coz Oda related that lurking legend with WB's era and who hasn't made much appearance yet. So far only Shiki is matching that description or if Xebec is still alive !! Lol

No. Marines aren't coming. They are busy with eliminating warlords and than formulating strategy for the "great cleansing" Gorosei mentioned.

Though won't be surprised if marines showed up in the end to capture fallen pirates coz they already got spies in Wano.

After the shichibukai stuff and alabasta is cleared up, the marines will probably show up, although this will be after kaido and BM are defeated.

I also think that after kaido and BM are defeated, Dragon will show up to ask Luffy for his help in dealing with the Sabo situation

Well, i would like to think sanji can fight on par with kizaru but that's not the case though, he will get wrecked.

Kizaru fares very well -> BM and Kaidou are not in their prime, i guarantee you that will come

We have already seen the World Government in Wano, but I think they will play a big role either near the Climax with Kaido, or just after. Possibly attack Wano with their Dragons.

- Weevil

• With Rocks rebirth on Wano, it makes sense for Weevil to make an appearance on Wano given he’s supposedly WB’s son who used to be part of the old Rocks. Plus Bakin will want to take revenge on the WG for betraying them so Rocks I think is her best bet for that.
• Strength Comparisons have been drawn btw Weevil & a young WB and similarly Luffy is also very similar to Roger so i think it’s a given that Luffy & Weevil are matched up against one another. Interestingly enough, Roger & WB’s first ever encounter was when Roger & Garp went against Rocks 1.0.
• Luffy will be too strong for Weevil to be matched up against him after Wano. Except the later is as strong as the Yonkou/Admirals. Plus Luffy needs a warmup before Kaidou, Lilin is too strong to be that so I think Weevil will be just right for him (Oda is not going to use King or Queen as warmups for Luffy. Jack could be the scapegoat as he’s Kaidou’s ‘3rd strongest subordinate’ and Luffy has a history of taking the 3rd strongest subordinate out as s warmup before the main event (Mr 3, Blueno are some examples))

- Vegapunk

• WG particularly the Celestials are a scummy bunch. So it wouldn’t be at all surprising if they tried to dispose him now that he’s finished the new Pacifista that are seemingly strong enough to replace the warlords. That said it’d make more sense for the WG to kill him rather than hand him over to Wano given just how dangerous he could be as an enemy given his smarts. However faced with the thought of making an enemy of Kaidou and now the added strength of BM (I.e. Rocks 2.0) they might just give him up as a bargain chip to avert a war. Plus it’s hard to imagine the citizens of Wano would continue to live with the tragedy that befell them as a result of Smile even after Wano is saved & the only person that I think can undo the effects of Smile is Vegapunk.

- Smoker & Tashigi

• I’d be very surprised if they don’t make an appearance on Wano. Plus last we heard of them they we’re going to meet Vegapunk so if he shows up on Wano chances are Tashigi & Smoker will too. Plus Tashigi is a massive sword nerd lolz so I think we’d be defo seeing her on Wano.

- Ouchoku & Silver Axe

• Not sure why Oda would’ve introduced them into the story otherwise. Moreover, we know that the Rocks remnants have been growing in power over the years according to Hina, so Oda could potentially tie the aforementioned two to that statement.
• Plus, I think some of the alliance’s big hitters are lacking good matchups. E.g Law, Kid & marine allies like Drake and potentially smoker etc. I’d be over the moon if Smoker is given the opportunity to have a go at one of these two.
