General & Others Which parts of Wano can be completely removed without any loss of information?

Which parts of Wano will you remove to make it a 60 chapter arc instead of a 150+ chapter arc?

For me,

• Whole of act 2 can be completely removed which is 30 chapters saved.
• All of Tobi Robbo plot lines (about 10 chapters saved)
• Every plot line relating to Orochi (probably 30 chapters saved)
• Every plot line related to Big Mom (probably 20 chapters saved)

I think all this can be removed with the reader not losing any information.

Udon, obviously…Hyogoro, Kawamatsu, and Kid could have all been (re)introduced in a variety of ways, ACoA was rendered obsolete in the arc it was introduced with ACoC, and neither Queen nor Big Mom were affected enough to be absent from the main conflict

• Remove the sumo wrestling shit and tama being captured stuff
• Remove all the stupid shit from Udon and just have this: Brief chapter or two about Luffy reuniting with Kid, few chapters of Ryuo training with Hyogoro
• If Oda needs an excuse to break Luffy out, then just leave the Big Mom part but shorten it so that Luffy and the rest of them escape through whatever hole Big Mom broke in through instead of stalling
• Leave Orochi dead when the scabbards beheaded him
• Remove Raizo vs. Fukurokuju and other random bullshit
• Keep roofpiece and let Kaido fall to Luffy, Zoro, Yamato and Big Mom falls to Kid, Law, Killer
• Sanji fights King, Jinbe fights Queen, give the rest of the Straw Hats 1v1's (Robin vs. Black Maria, Franky vs. Sasaki, Usopp vs. P1, Nami vs. Ulti, Brook vs. Who's Who, Chopper vs. Apoo), Drake vs. Hawkins

Oh and I almost forgot, did the Oden flashback really need to be 15 chapters long?

The stalling chapters for Luffy's rooftop 1000 chapter moment (would happen earlier than 1000)
Nami/Usopp vs P1/Ulti (or rather change that entirely not write it off)
Scabbards post Kaido fight - by killing Kiku, Kinemon, Ashura Doji at least, still remember that puke moment of how he survived being cut in half after he got his skull destroyed, would save panel time that way

Arc would still be lengthy but I wont mind lengthy arcs, however mundane plotlines yes I do mind them.

Plus unnecessary subsequent interactions in place of more useful infos or short flashbacks.

You can't really remove so much, a lot of people want to rewrite. It's probably safe to remove most of anything with Drake or Apoo for the last fifty chapters though

I think many scenes could have taken less time, so I guess that would be redrawing and condensing.

Removing most of the stupid scenes focused on Udon
