You are mixing things up. I initially said about WG not allowing that. You stated that would also cause pirate issue. WG doesn't care about how pirates see and think of each other unless they are Shichibukai.

Yes,they do.When Roger talked about OP,they disliked.When WB did the same they disliked too.When Luffy does something too crazy they try to hide it.WG cares about pirates going around trying to find the OP.

i also never liked pirate hunter its dumb as f and don't make sense for a pirates king of hell is good but i personally prefer a title that has demon in it

i like black leg for sanji but just for making another gag with him oda will probably change his poster to him with RS and his title to stealth black
i think stealth black is cooler than black leg but sanji won't like it

This has nothing to do about how pirates ser each other but how people see WG and Marines.
Of course they can't let people think pirates are that free to do whatever they want without getting killed or arrested. Specially Luffy direct confrontations with WG facilities like Enies Lobby and Impel Down.

But none of this has to do with WG letting pirates know that Robin is from O'Hara.
