Cause I would admit if let's say Momo or Kine'mon joined the crew few arcs ago and this is "their sad" backstory then it would've been more impactful

Yeah but Sakazuki is a Marine so from a citizens of the OP world perspective Marine is supposed to be the justice which should always preserve the integrity of the world.
