Sanji... I think not. Can't see Sanji leaving Baratie and becoming a pirate if not for Luffy.

Robin is tricky. Her strength and personality makes her a Shichibukai but I doubt if WG would ever had a Ohara remainer as a Shichibukai.

If we include Yamato she would also be one.

Besides that no one else except Jinbei that actually was.

I think the thread is if they wanted to become warlords could they rather than if they would ever want to.

Neither case Robin is tricky.
And just correcting myself both Robin and Zoro would die if not for Luffy. Maybe Franky too? Not sure. Jinbei would remain on Impel Down.

Obvs Luffy, Zoro and Sanji could, as they're all stronger than Doffy and Jinbe who were top 2 and 3-4. Robin's knowledge's way too dangerous for her to be allowed to be a Warlord so it's probably the worst answer possible. Franky'd have a pretty good shot. Rest's too weak.

I don’t get why you guys think Robin would. You do realize the WG wouldn’t allow her to roam free and that’s the trade off the warlords get right?

Moria lost his Warlord status because he became too weak.
Kuma became Warlord because of the Pacifista project.
Crocodile is stronger than Doflamingo or Jinbei.

We're not talkin abt current Crocodile but the version of him who was a Warlord, he was much weaker than Doffy and Jinbe or current M3. Arabasta Luffy didn't beat a guy who was stronger than the guy G4 Luffy struggled against.

Moria lost his Warlord status because he became too weak.

Fair, but tbh, pre-skip Robin almost killed Moria (she would if he couldn't swap places with his shadow or if she knew he could do that). He got really clumsy for someone who used to be Kaido's rival. In MF everyone saw him getting manhandled by another Shichibukai. That's just embarassing. Shichibukai should be well known and feared on top of the strength. Which is why Buggy got away with being weak af. Moria was pretty weak in comparison to others, his prime days are way in the past and he got embarassed publicly. They don't need someone like that.
