Personally I'm going with the Admirals, I've never seen so much hate and downplay for a group of characters and it seems like the hate has been increasing.

I'm gonna speak from my own perspective as a Yonko and Admiral fan who defended both sides when needed.
So let's get the facts here, the Yonko are more popular than the Admiral as a group. YouTube, Reddit, and worldwide generally agrees that the Yonko are more well-known mostly due to Shanks's popularity.
Admiral fanbase are smaller than Yonko fanbase but they're not a small fandom by any means.
With that being said, the bigger the fanbase, the more polar and diverse the opinions will be. So because the Admiral fanbase is smaller, they get more hate. Like think about it, why would a fanbase be smaller if the characters that the fanbase belongs to are more popular? It wouldn't make any sense.
So in conclusion, due to a massive growing fanbase of Yonko Fandom, the smaller Admiral Fandom gets more hate on average.
As for individuals, obviously Big Mom gets the most hate worldwide, not just in some internet forums.

Nah, all you did was prove the point with the examples you gave. Kaido gets hate for his role as a villain, but for the most part that isn’t transferred to people downplaying his status & strength. On the other hand, the Admirals get hate in both departments to much greater degrees.

He is biased towards the admirals, like the whole admiral fandom, so of course they will say that the admirals get more hate.
When in fact, most "yonko fans"(***) that I know love the admirals, they just hate how some people idolize them, how some people can't understand this series and think that One Piece is a story about the admirals.
(***) The term "yonko fans" is a misnomer in the first place created by admiral fans as @RebelliousSoma said multiple times. There isn't such a thing as "yonko fans", stop believing in these random categories created by admiral fans in the first place (the ones who play the victim but manipulate everyone into believing this nonsense). In fact, you have:
- people who follow the MC and the narrative -> that's me -> we don't care about the yonko, I didn't give a fuck about the yonko before the MC became one
- people who just love Luffy and that's it -> they are not yonko fans either
- people who love Shanks -> they don't root Shanks because he is a yonko
- people who love Blackbeard -> they just root for the bad guy, they don't give a fuck about yonko either
- people who love Buggy -> they just like the fun moments
- people who love Whitebeard, Kaido, Bigmom -> these are certainly the real yonko fans, but these guys are real powerhouses by design
So barely anyone is really a "yonko fan". There are people in what you call "yonko fans" that are just people who follow the MC and the narrative, I'm part of that group. I personally never gave a flying fuck about the admirals. I never portrayed any hate towards the admirals because I'm just a guy who follows the narrative. The problem arised when my narrative analyses started bothering what you call the "admiral fans", we reached a point in which the people who follow the MC and the narrative are now following a yonko who is facing an admiral, so of course that these guys are now involved in a group which they were never part of in the first place. When I started giving my narrative analyses, like I always did, I started upsetting the "admiral fans" and they started putting me in the same bag than the others. They mocked me for having unbiased narrative analyses because I dared to say that a possibility of Luffy defeating Kizaru was a "one shot" in Gear 5 similar to Bajrang gun (guess what we got?). Hate and the butthurtness were caused by unbiased analyses of the narrative.
Whenever somebody says something they disagree with, they automatically become a "yonko tard", a "yanker" or "admiral hater". They love playing the victim, it's their best tactic, that's what they do best.
The "admiral fandom" is really 1 single club as there aren't different teams and they are the biggest haters out there. They hate Kaido because he is stronger than their idols, they hate Big Mom (apparently every admiral is stronger than Big Mom, you know it's their best copium mechanism but again, they ignore the whole narrative), they hate the MC, they hate Whitebeard (because he did Akainu bad) and so on. Almost all admiral fans (and Zoro fans) hate the yonko and hate the MC. They are the first ones to call the MC "condom" or "Goofy" but they'll still say that they are the victims there because the odds are not in their favor (they have never been).
You still have trolls everywhere but the admiral fans are the biggest haters because they are the ones who hate everyone for what they do to their idols, while on the other side, we just don't have any reason to hate any admiral.

And it’s not even a question that Yonko fans are more toxic. Even mods have verified this. Any honest Yonko fan wouldn’t even bother trying to pretend otherwise because it’s just plain as day and always has been.
Anyway, it’s only at the end of Wano that people were complaining that Kaido hadn’t killed anybody…so just a couple of years as of now. Even with situations like with Scabbards hurting Kaido, you didn’t see any widespread claims that Kaido got one shot or pretending that he was done for the rest of the arc like we are now seeing with Kizaru. On top of that, it was short lived and Kaido got lots of praise right after for everything on the rooftop. There was only a resurgence of hate AFTER the poor backstory…and yet even then it’s not like his status as a top tier was called into question despite that.
And in case you missed it, a lot of the usual suspects were the ones making threads after Kizaru got knocked down for trolling and baiting. Even discounting the ones the mods locked or deleted…you won’t find anything comparable for any of the times Kaido also got knocked down.
Even before Luffy hit Kizaru, you had threads basically every week of people claiming that Kizaru would be KO the next chapter.
And no, I never said that BB doesn’t get hate. I simply pointed out that Akainu gets far more hate for killing Ace. BB is barely a second thought when that topic comes up because it’s Akainu’s fist that goes through his chest.
Like…it’s not even a question. You can go to YouTube right now and look up “most hated anime characters” and Akainu will be on there over BB most of the time, especially those with over 1 Million views.
