Yes but the resolution of that character arc did well.

As for Zoros connection to hell and Ryuma, I think we’ve talked on this before. I think:
1. It’ll be for Zoro to protect Wano from the world government like Ryuma did
2. I think EOS Zoro will be connected to Pluton
yea i have heard the 1st point i don't have anything wrong with it i just think slaying the dragon is the bigger feat by ryuma and the direct connection to him and his legend while nobody even knows the wg is here besides zou right(1 trunk swing lol) unless maybe vegapunk is on the ships??? lol just a difference in which feat zoro will accomplish i guess .
whats the pluton point i haven't heard that one from you?

Zoro.

Usually he's just along for the ride, with the exception of his own introduction in the very first volume. The closest he came to caring about the main plot before was just with his friends front and center: Usopp, Nami, Robin arguably Vivi although he didn't actually care about Yuba or the soldiers. In Dressrosa he wasn't the one giving a passionate speech about the Tontatta, didn't fall for Violet, didn't give a shit about Law's background or grudge with Doflamingo, etc. He's a good guy and does the right thing but it's basically just business.

Here he genuinely takes on the role of protecting the people of Ebisu and avenging Yasuie. He puts himself out to protect Hiyori and Toko on different occasions. He comes to give up Shusui for a good cause, even though it was stolen by some asshole who said he isn't worthy and Kawamatsu questioned his credibility at the time of the deal. He tames his most difficult sword by far in a process that not only involves sacrificing himself physically and spiritually, but piecing together his own ties to Wano and accepting his role as a conqueror.

Even if the reaper plot went absolutely nowhere and he doesn't kill Kaido, he would still have the grave of Ryuma and the gratuity of Wano to bring this all full circle

I’d love Zoro leading the Samurai to defend Wano when the WG comes whilst the rest of the alliance open the borders

I think he is complete character already, maybe his family lineage would be explored more and he was promised visit to Ryuma grave, that could lead to something. I think that will be enough for Zoro.
i am not so sure about being a complete character. I guess you may be right but for me i expect at least a big portion of his character to be delved into/completed when he does visit ryumas grave plus seeing where this king of hell plotline goes etc .

Sanji's development was insane. Relying on Robin for help, whilst old Sanji would rather be killed. Thats crazy tbh. Especially since last arc he never even wanted to rely on any SH.

Also his whole Germa plotline.

No one knows yet but once Kaido falls the WG are ordered to attack and claim Wano for themselves.

As for pluton, it’s just an interesting idea. Luffy is set to lead Poseidon into battle in the final war, the King of the Seas leading the God of the Seas. Seems fitting except for the irony that the King of the Seas can’t swim and is weak in water.

So the idea that Zoro will somehow be connected to the Pluton with a similar vein of irony (A man so bad with direction and navigation bringing the Pluton in the final war) since both are now heavily connected to the underworld.

It makes sense though. His plotline started in WCI. We’re just starting with Zoros and we haven’t even got to Usopp and Nami’s yet. We can only judge in endgame. But as of Wano it’s defo Sanji.

there's nothing new about Zoro promise with Kuina tbh, he always been like that since the begining, to be fair, he's the most consistent character among strawhats.
He lived in Shimotsuki village his whole life and knew that it was her grandpa, but used his experiences to finally figure out who he was and what it means.

He also realized that his ambition, keeping his promises, makes him a conqueror. His promise to Kuina doesn't come up until he unleashes the CoC and King asks him about it.

yea maybe so i just think maybe zou or heck even yamato who has the guardian of wano fruit would be involved in that but time will tell and thats a interesting take maybe you are on to something.

Sanji.

I don't like how he changed from being naturally strong to artificially strong in this arc, and the fact he became stronger thanks to his eugenist father just makes it much worse, but I can't deny that it was really nice to see his resolution destroying the raid suit as he noticed how his body was changing, while having an internal struggle afraid of losing emotions like his brothers.

I don't really think it's already well wrapped up though; I'm still waiting for it to be explained why his eyebrow went back to normal while sleeping.
