I try to imagine how life would be with them:
Luffy: We would probably never be home,he would always involve me in some absurd adventure around the city..i love it! So i would take him
Zoro: he would always be in his bedroom sleeping or in gym training. He wouldnt be around much but he would always find a way to pay the rent somehow. A good roomate that doesnt cause much trouble
Sanji: i am a guy so he wouldnt serve me like he does with women,but he would probably cook some good stuff anyway. And we could go to the clubs picking up women sometimes
Usopp: he would probably tell some lies to not pay rent every month lol a good person but not exactly reliable for rent
Franky: a good guy with whom drinking some cola together. He would involve me in some adventures too.
Nami: She cares about money so she will always have money for rent,and i would have the chance to try a move with her. Absolute win
Chopper: I know he could be useful as a doctor but i find him boring so its a no
Jinbe: solid guy who would give me advices like a big bro/father figure.
Robin: Altough she is sexy,like other people said she wouldnt interact too much with me. So it would be kinda meh
Brook: He would make good music and make me laugh but i dont know how much reliable would he be with rent and he could also scare some girls i bring home so its a no.
