Any of the Yonko. We see how they react to just Whitebeard declaring war but we never really saw the scale of Kaido and Big Mom’s alliance since Oda ruined Wano and made it a self contained disappointment that lasted for far too long

Kaido and Blackbeard to me might be the most devastating combination and they could raid Marines HQ and have their way easy. Kaido is a one man army and the Gura Gura backing him is a wrap
