Yeah... Someone's will can be inherited by many people, as others already pointed out in another thread... It's a broad thing... It's just that someone inherits it the most...

Say for instance: Ace's will is currently inherited by Luffy, Sabo and Tama... Tom's will is currently inherited by Franky, Kokoro and Iceburg...

For WB, we can't really say who is the apparent inheritor... Marco, Luffy and Weevil have their claims...
