Isn’t really a fair comparison imo

Katakuri was Luffy’s opponent so the standard is a tad different from others. The man was literally written be invincible.
- OP ability (Not only did he have FS but he had a logia type paramecia which make him almost impossible hit)
- Has never been beaten prior to Luffy
- Has never been put on his back prior to Luffy (and even that was at the very end of the fight)
- Carried his crew on his back and nobody believed he could lose. Kinda like Luffy he has a very strong conviction to not lose which is pretty imposing but unlike Luffy he cant lose and be saved by plot armor so he’s even more menacing in that sense.
- Mocked Luffy by fighting with the exact same abilities and had him beat on every single category which is insane.
- His design also matched the air of invincibility he has around him.
- Even when the fight with Luffy ended (.I.e. the final clash) he was standing tall with Luffy planted in the floor.
- He’s the only one of Luffy’s opponent’s that Luffy didn’t knock out. Mans acknowledged Luffy’s abilities were not inferior to his and then gave up on his own.
- Mans even nerfed himself during the Luffy fight to level the playing field coz of Flampe’s interference
A lot of hype around Kaido but, ever since the rooftop started, he’s lost his untouchable status and was established as ‘beatable’. He got clowned by the scabbards & the supernova particular Luffy & Zoro. Katakuri doesn’t have this blemish on his CV so Katakuri comes off to me as even more imposing than him.

Jack easy, so aggressive, and looks the part, his mentality is scary and he's very powerful as well, defeated the minks two times in the same war, only got defeated by 2 YC level opponents, he knew the F6 were trash, ordering black maria to refrain from going after the RS against kings orders.
- Katakuri had a lot going for him (FS, special paramecia, awakening, high speed...) but his whole portrayal comes from a lie, the donuts scene destroyed his portrayal imo.
-Marco is very capable, very strong and a massive help, but he lacks intimidation.
- Queen is a big joke, only fodder hype him, also there's nothing special about him, his personality sucks, he's extremely incompetent, only zoan and cyborg powers.
- Smoothie is useless,her DF is meh, she looks weird, incompetent.
- Cracker is pretty dope, very powerfull, bad luck.
- King is a leader, taking charge and ordering underlings around, he has good sense of priorities and focuses on what's important, people obey him without questions compared to queen who needed to motivate them with F6 seat, he had the F6 drop the yamato hunt, king has massive potential.

So you acknowledge that Kizaru is indeed a troll but go on to actually believe he was scared?
Care to point out how he still attacks Luffy right before Beckman’s eyes?
Of course Kizaru can do something right before Ben‘s eyes but Ben is still stronger.
Shanks has the strongest commanders, Ben is comparable to him.
Akainu was scared of Shanks and Kizaru was scared of Ben.
They respect their strength.
Post ts Akainu can take on Shanks though
