In terms of awards, and medals of recognition and achievements, who are the most decorated marines? What kind of honourary awards do marines have?

I am not talking about titles, so don’t mention Coby

I don't think ew have any lore on this topic? So the most decorated must be some of the highest ranked, the oldest (this includes Tsuru) and the heroes (yes, that includes Coby who was probably decorated for the Silver Axe stuff, among other things like saving a princess).

But Garp has the most achievements among the Marines.

It wasn't really brought up, but as Chief of Staff, Tsuru was effectively the second in command in Marine authority.

Garp is the only one known as 'hero', either him or Sengoku. Probably Sengoku because he directly took down 2 yonko. Without his strategy, Whitebeard would have won or decimated most of the marine force.
