I don't think I need to tell you about the million translation disputes over that line but even taking it to mean what you think it means, I don't understand how it changes anything.

Oldbeard was still considered the WSM by pretty much everyone until we found out that he was sick and dying.

Sky splitting doesn't automatically prove equality either. Big Mom split the sky with Kaido and he's clearly above her. Pre-G5 Luffy split the sky with Kaido as well.

I think that mihawk with the world's strongest sword and the world's strongest haki among swordsman and the title of worlds strongest swordsman shouldn't be stalled by vista. Vistas swords should be glitter after one swing if mihawks haki is above shanks. Afterall, shanks no named attack split the sky against vistas daddy.

And not even mihawk respected his title as highly as whitebeards. That's why he wanted to see the difference.

Mate this is massively selective reading.

Firstly, there's no real way to compare any of the characters you mentioned to Oldbeard or Sickbeard because the only real fight he had was against Akainu, and none of those guys have fought him.

Furthermore, Mihawk never once confirmed he was weaker than MF WB. You're taking your own interpretation of Mihawk's line to be factual, despite the fact that it was a metaphor in the first place and despite the fact that there are translation issues with it as well.

And on top of that, I already told you that even if we were to go along with your idea that Mihawk implied himself to be weaker than Whitebeard, that line still came before the reveal that Whitebeard was sick, dying and apparently no longer the strongest.

So while you're bringing up all of this stuff, you still haven't addressed any of the following:
-Mihawk telling Shanks to his face that he doesn't challenge one-armed has beens
-Mihawk's bounty being close to Shanks' and above Buggy's despite basically having nothing going for him besides his strength
-Brannew's statement essentially confirming that Shanks is a swordsman under Mihawk's title
-That "sword skill" alone doesn't cut it for the title because Zoro uses (and will continue to use) advanced haki, not to mention the fact that Mihawk's "sword skill" was never even called the strongest, merely better than Shanks'

But yeah, he obviously isn't top 1. Even big Mihawk wankers like Nik put Kaido above Mihawk IIRC.
Saying he isn't top 1 obviously isn't hating, but saying he isn't top tier at all definitely is hating. At absolute worst case scenario, he is going to be one position below Shanks, but more than likely he's one position above Shanks.
Currently (assuming Kaido is dead), I think there is a case to be made for Mihawk being no1, bar unknowns like Imu and Gorosei. It's gonna be him or Dragon or Shanks.
