Oh god this aged so well too.
I apparently missed this thread somehow and I wanted to do something like this recently so here's mine anyway:
1. Luffy
2. Kidd
3. Law
4. Kuma
4. Jinbei
5. Brook
6. Franky
7. Robin
8. Nami
9. Zoro
10. Sanji
I'll add 10 hononary mentions just to be cheeky too, consisting of
Smoker,
Tashigi,
Perona,
Sabo,
Kiku,
Kinemon
Kyros,
Carrot,
Queen
Buggy.
I missed some characters who would be on the top 10 if not runners up at least, as I really don't like them anymore, as much as it hurts. I also just wanted to add the Admirals too lmao. Well most of them. Maybe Big Mom and Kaido too. Katakuri, Pudding, Cracker, Yasuie, Ushimaru, Drake, Tama, Toko, Atlas, Lilith. Welp. I gotta stop or I'll keep thinking of more lmao.

Wyper is freaking goated. Ironically Enel too.
I wanted to include Crocodile too and as a villain Doflamingo too.
I still feel like wanting to include Garp, Shanks, Mihawk and Whitebeard but ergh. Sabo is another one too.
OP has so many great characters, I find it much harder to make a top 10 for it than other series, well to narrow it down, in some other series I may not even have 10 depending or even more than half of that at worst but in OP case, I have to do the impossible of narrowing down like 40-50 at most probably to only 10 somehow lmfao.
