Zoro doesn't make his Haki explode into his Sword in order to coat it.
What is Luffy doing when he coats his shoes? What is Sabo doing when he coats his pipe? What is Vergo doing when he coats his Bamboo? What is Doflamingo doing when he coats his cloak?
According to you, it's something completely different that what a Swordsman does to coat his Swords...

Sabo and vergo yes. They are flowing haki into weapons. Clothes dont count.

Why not ? The kuja were well versed in haki
Boas sisters could use haki that luffy couldnt do until udon.
I can see the Boa sisters do it but each of the Kuja tribe?
Just thinking of all the weapon users we have seen with Hardening on their weapon, Smoker, Vergo, Sabo, Raisin, Tamago, Cavendish, Burgess, Law, Sai, Cracker. These are the ones i remember off the top of my head. Diamante might have shown it as well in the colosseum.
So yeah, for me it´s questionable but to each his own.

Like i said denjiro stabbed kaido in the chest twice. One at the start one at the end. I doubt either stab was stronger than the other. The difference was
The first time he screamed in shock. As he did a lot in the fight. But once he realised they dont have the ap to hurt him properly he swept them.

If Luffy managed to tag Kaido and strike him so efficiently, imagine what an awakened Kizaru could manage. I bet he would do the same against an hybrid Kaido. Luffy himself is probably meant to manage to hold his own against hybrid Kaido and by himself. It takes 2 people on Luffy's level to beat Kaido right now from the look of it.
