How is Hiyori better than Toki? I don't see it. And I don't see Yamato being better than Oden either. They are both failures as much as Ace was a failure as the new Roger.
Toki didn't do much but sire children. Hiyori has a chance to be in the fight for Wano etc...
Yamato is carrying on Odens will if she succeeds, she'll already be closer than he ever was but she'll need to grow stronger and what not...
I don't see much of how your points are relevant atm.

luffy has roger and maybe joyboy

the difference between zoro and odens characters is like the earth and sky

yamato is most likely going to be odens parallel and the most logical

if we are talking strictly about sh then sanji is the closest to oden sanji is a kind person who saved people he hates and oden cared a lot for the people of wano he even made a fool of himself so he can maybe save the people who were enslaved by orochi and kaido and sanji saved kiemon who said he hates pirates and despite everyone telling him not to save him that is very oden like
It is not about character. It is about will. Sanji portrays no will closer to Oden's. At least Zoro is now focused about saving Wano for Wano's sake.

But currently, it is Yamato who actually understands the spirit of Oden's will. Luffy wants to do it for reasons completely his own (i.e. helping out his friends - Momonusuke and Tama). Zoro wants to do it for Yasuie and Hiyori (may be a bit of Momonusuke).

Only Yamato wants to do it for Oden.

Oden was the only one to tame Enma cuz he was the first user of Enma, the author himself is saying that, I didn't came up with this myself.

Hyori never wanted to give away her sword to someone else, it's just that she needed to replace Zoro's sword with another legendary sword.
Where in the manga does Hiyori specifically state that she "never wanted to give away her sword to someone else" (or a line that paraphrases that almost to the T)

Success doesn't equal to better. Yamato lacks Oden's traits. Oden, for all his flaws, was able to make an entire country fall in love with him through his sacrifice

Yamato can't even convince her crew. Can she develop and get better? May be. But as it stands, Yamato is not a better Oden.

And same goes for Hiyori.

They don't have to have the same exact traits to be similar to them but close enough, that's what wills are about... Luffy has Roger's will but he's not very similar to him in all aspects so again I don't see your point.

There is literally 0 hints in the manga that Sanji has any parallel to Oden, their love of women isnt a parallel.

I am not talking about will. I know will and traits aren't the same.

I just don't accept that Yamato and Hiyori is better Oden and Toki.

Where Hyori specifically states that she wanted to give her sword away to someone else?
YES!!!!!!

As I recall Kawamatsu is the one that says she shouldnt give her sword away

The impass im at is you are choosing to further elaborate on one quote regarding taming enma, saying that the sword was made for oden and after he died oden and hiyori chose not to give away enma

then you're also choosing not to elaborate on a similar quote to hiyori, at take that quote word for word

My point is, it's a 2 way street, you cant pick and choose which quotes in the manga you do and dont want to take at it's word.

Oden gave his swords to his children, Enma was Hyori's sword and she wouldn't have given it up if it wasn't for Sushi.

That's my point, of picking and choosing what quotes you feel like aren't at it's word

She never once stated she would never or wouldn't have given it up in the 20 years she's had it

From Viz
Ch 953
Hiyori: "Zoro if your sword truly is the legendary shusui, please return it to wano.... I will give you another in return, the katana I received from my late father, The word is called enma... it is a legendary katana, the only one to have ever wounded kaido"

Ch 954
"My Father Kozuki Oden... was a swordsman who wielded two full size swords... on the day before his execution he entrusted one of his swords to my brother and one to me...

"Please allow Shusui to be returned to it's rightful place"

My opinion is she didnt believe to give zoro the sword ONLY because she wanted shusui to be returned to wano.

But it is clearly stated that Oden was the only one to EVER tame Enma

The real question is, Who gonna use Ame No Habakiri?
Personally I wish Momo gave this to Zoro and then said, Im going to defeat you and take my sword back.

But I dont think anyone will, IMO

Luffy is inhering Roger's will and Zoro Ryuma's. The answer is Law.

This entire thing of taking down Kaido was his idea. It's not a coincidence his right hand is Bepo, a mink.

These guys are Oden's brothers, and when Inu/Neko escaped, they surely let Zou of what happened in Wano.

This wasn't about Doflamingo alone though. He knew Kaido's territory, what his army was composed of, and broke down the odds to 30%. He'd done a lot of research about Kaido, and told Doffy he "broke the gears" of the old era.

The whole adventure started off when Law cut down Kinemon, and trapped him until the Straw Hats arrived:

And then he gathered all the Samurai under his command.

Remember, Oden didn't want the Scabbards following him at first either:

By fate again, they ended following him even in Wano

None of this would have happened with Law. Defeating Kaido was always his idea, and I think Shinobu doubting his loyalty will play a HUGE role later:

This is similar to people doubting Oden as the saviour as well, and Shinobu was the one who quenched the doubt.

Now she's in the position who is doubting the man who concocted the plan to beat Kaido, and the guy is currently commanding the Scabbards.

I like this counterargument, I can see Oda doing that and a lot of the minks end up following Law after the war.

I do believe the ones that were on Laws ship are going to join him and also Cat Viper and Izo will join Law as well IMO
